Dr. Pokorny will then reach out to the email you provide to schedule the initial consultation appointment when we will review your reasons for seeking care, goals, and perform a thorough psychiatric evaluation. At the end of the appointment we will collaboratively discuss approaches for treatment and appropriate follow-up care.

In some cases, Dr. Pokorny may recommend a 15-minute phone call prior to scheduling the initial consultation appointment to review details of complex cases or clarify treatment concerns to ensure that this practice will be a good fit.

Dr. Pokorny is currently accepting new patients located in Colorado. All appointments are online.

Dr. Pokorny is in-network with Aetna, Anthem/BCBS, and United/UMR insurance plans. Private pay options are available for out-of-network patients. See services for more details.
